Ok i made a White knight and got banned

Something weird happened a few minutes ago, i created a white knight named Squall and when i go to aqua road i got D/Ced and now every time i try to log in it says " This account has either been deleted or you got banned". i have a lvl 180 bishop in that account named Juan. please resolve this as soon as possible.

same thing happend with me i came out of the shop and then i d.c and same thing happend

Same here I didn't know Assassinate was an autobanned skill so I got banned....
