also tell me a place you want the background or ill choose a place for you.

Whats with the low quality. Did you save the imagein pain as a jpeg, cause paint dones't have compression settings which causes artifacts in yoru pictures.

i use paint xD

But your saving as a png, theres no compression if you use paint png.
